MicroLED - The Leading Candidate for Next-Generation Displays

MicroLED is expected to be the leading candidate for next-generation displays.The challenge is said to be in the implementation. We have enabled fine solder paste printing using gravure offset printing technology. Utilizing the fine and high-precision characteristics of gravure offset printing, solder paste can be accurately printed on TFT substrates.We have achieved a resolution below φ10μm and positional accuracy within ±5μm across a 300mm square substrate, which was not possible with conventional screen printing. Compared to commonly used ACF, it offers advantages in terms of cost, resistance, pressure, and reflow temperature.
