The importance of IoT devices is increasing year by year. There is a
growing demand for IoT devices to be flexible, such as to fit curved
surfaces or to be worn on the skin. That is why we propose a technology
called FHE (Flexible Hybrid Electronics).
IoT devices require advanced functions such as calculation, memory, and
communication. It is impossible to manufacture all of these functions by
printing. That is why FHE mounts ICs and various passive components on
inexpensive flexible substrates such as PET. FHE can be said to be a true
hybrid technology that combines semiconductor technology and printing
technology.

The wiring in the area where the IC chip is mounted requires fine
printing. Using our gravure offset printing technology, we can print fine,
narrow-pitch wiring. The bumps required for bonding can also be printed
using gravure offset.
