To meet the diverse needs of our customers, we have established a flexible and efficient production system along with an advanced development framework.
Flexible Production System
We have a flexible production system that enables us to handle everything in-house, from small devices to large-scale equipment lines. With two specialized facilities—Kakamigahara Factory for custom equipment and Gujo Factory for mass production and large-scale lines—we deliver products that meet a wide range of customer needs.
High-Quality Control
By assigning teams to handle everything from assembly to completion, we ensure clear accountability and deliver high-quality products with post-delivery service in mind.We have established a robust quality assurance system and are certified under ISO 9001.
Customization Capability
We offer product customization tailored to customer requirements, enhancing satisfaction through design and manufacturing aligned with specific specifications.Leveraging our experience and expertise, we design and develop a wide range of equipment—from screen printers to custom machines and FA (automation and labor-saving systems).
Environmental Consideration
Our factories actively promote environmental protection initiatives. We implement sustainable production practices, including energy-efficient equipment and waste reduction.
Specialists
We develop and manufacture one-of-a-kind equipment tailored to each customer's specifications.
Mass-produced machines are rare; most products are custom-made based on individual specifications. Our ability to produce diverse, small-lot items stems from the craftsmanship and dedication of our skilled artisans. We combine flexibility and high quality to deliver optimal solutions that meet customer needs.
Advanced processing technology
Our experienced technicians handle all processing steps in-house, excluding polishing and surface treatment.
We have built a system that meets customer expectations in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time.
Leveraging advanced skills and adaptability, we produce highly precise products.

Assembly Process by Manufacturing Team
We handle everything from sub-assembly to wiring, piping, assembly, adjustment, and test runs, providing full support through delivery and installation.
Using a cell production system, our teams build equipment collaboratively to ensure high-quality manufacturing.

Promoting Efficiency through Digital Transformation
We have introduced Visual-BOM and EPLAN to create a paperless environment where 3D design data is utilized on-site.
Visual-BOM streamlines design tasks, while EPLAN enables modular control circuits and efficient control panel production using 3D Viewer.

Development and Proposal System at Kakamigahara Site
Located in Kakamigahara, a hub of Japanese manufacturing, our factory responds swiftly to custom needs.
By consolidating our design and development departments at this site and collaborating with the adjacent PE Technology Center, we provide comprehensive support from new product development to solution-oriented proposals.

High Quality, Short Lead Time and
Continuous Product Improvement through Integrated Production System
We achieve high quality and short delivery times through an integrated in-house production system covering design, processing, assembly, shipping, and delivery.
By incorporating BOM structures and leveraging technical assets and knowledge, we offer customized solutions.

By handling everything in-house through delivery and service, we incorporate customer feedback into design, leading to continuous product evolution.
Managing all processes internally allows us to accumulate know-how, build trust, and respond quickly to repeat orders.
From a factory where nature and technology merge, to the world

Seria products are manufactured at our Gujo factory, nestled in a lush mountain area, and delivered to customers around the world.
We have shipping records to Asia (China, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, etc), as well as the U.S. and Europe, supported by local distributors in each region.
Through collaboration with the PE Technology Center and development design department at the Kakamigahara factory, we provide consistent support from product development to post-delivery.
We can also provide details of overseas offices and distributors upon request—please feel free to contact us.
Contribution to Regional Healthcare
Since 2018, we have provided part of our factory site to the Gujo City Fire Department for use as an emergency landing pad for air ambulance.
This initiative enables rapid patient transport and contributes to reducing disparities in regional healthcare.

Participation in Gujo Forest Regeneration Activities
We continuously participate in forest regeneration activities to protect the natural environment surrounding our factory in Gujo.
Every year, new employees take part as part of their training, gaining valuable insight into the importance of nature.
We work together with the local community to protect the environment and support a sustainable future.
