Regarding Home telework and staggered working hours of Seria Corporation

In response to the "Emergency Declaration", for countermeasures against the COVID-19,
Seria Corporation at each of the locations in the area, Tokyo Headquarters, Osaka Branch, and Stencil
making Division, started home telework and staggered working hours from April 8th (Wednesday)
until April 28th(Tuesday).

There is no change in the business content of both sales and manufacturing. However, during
that time, there would be some cases taking time to respond depending on the situation when
contacting us, we will try to operate normally as much as possible.
